Thirty Days to Peak Performance: a mental skills course for performing artists

The peak performance is not a mystery or rocket science. It is brain science and there is a cutting-edge method - Five Stages of Peak Performance, developed by Dr. Skidmore. If a truly great performance was a treasure, then this course is your treasure map.

The first thing you discover is that a great performance is a process, not a stressful event. For thirty days you receive tools and guidance as you journey one day at a time towards your next performance.

“Thirty Days to Peak Performance,” is a thoughtful, nurturing and extremely well-organized plan for any performer who wants their best to manifest onstage. We all get nervous before a performance. This course shows how to address a negative mindset before it has a chance to handicap your skills and turn that energy into positive motivation. From fear to flow and away we go!  I highly recommend this course." - Mark Baxter Voice Teacher Voicelesson.com

Day 1, Stage I. explores your vision, motivation and helps you design an optimal performance mindset.

Day 3, Stage II. is about your musical and mental preparation. Powerful mental skills and practical tools create a solid foundation for all those hours of practice.

...

Day 29, Stage III. Prepares you to be mentally ready for a peak performance. Free from fear and performance dread, you set yourself up to "flow" into your performance.

Day 30, Stage IV. Performance time. It's time to play! Then it's over.

Day 30, Stage V. is about finding the gem, that special something that keeps you shining in the spotlight time and time again!

Twice a month you can join in on the live Peak Performance Master Class lead by Dr. Skidmore. You can ask questions, observe or even practice performing. Participating in the Master Class is an invaluable opportunity you will not want to miss.

The promises of this Course and Five Stages of Peak Performance:

1. You are excited and eager to perform.

2. You are finding your "Flow."

3. You enjoy the performance process like never before.

Your comfort zone, not stage fright, is your number one enemy. Get ready to expand your comfort zone!

Thank you for letting me be your adventure guide on your quest to be a peak performer.

Step up, Flow. That's the goal!
